A Cotton Candy Firework!
If you're looking for a brunch 4th of July inspired mimosa this is it. It's simple, easy and a fun drink to whip up in 5 mins or less. The hardest part is finding cotton candy to garnish your drinks but even so it's highly festive! This serves around 4-6 people so please adjust according to your party. We happen to find cotton candy with pop rocks that made for a super fun firework inspired cocktail!
1 Bottle of Prosecco of your choice
1 Bottle of Strawberry Orange Juice
Blue Cotton Candy (or any you can find really)
Champagne Glasses
Poor 1/3 of a class of Strawberry Orange Juice in each champagne glass
Finish the 2/3 with Prosecco
Garnish with cotton candy on top !
