Carmel, sea salt and chocolate. It's pretty much a winning combo in any recipe out there which it comes as zero surprise that Salty Siren is just as good as it sounds. By now if you haven't noticed a trend with Bones Coffee Company we'll throw you a bone on it. They are masters at the roasting a fantastic chocolate based coffee. Some of the fruit roasts and other flavors are a hard hit or miss but with chocolate flavors you're almost guaranteed a fantastic buy. We also were fans of their Salted Caramel and Red Velvet which if you blended the two together you'd have the outcome of Salty Siren sans the hit of cream cheese.
It's a perfect combo for anyone who's a huge salted caramel hot chocolate Starbucks fan. We did buy this roast in whole bean form. Then ground this at a course setting and brewed the roast in our french press. The smell is fantastic and you really get a caramel scent mixed deliciously with the coffee bean. We'll be ordering this again in the near future and it'll be a staple in our coffee blends.
