Peppermint Bark

All Bark No Bite

Ingredients:

4 Peppermint Candy Canes

2 Bags of White Chocolate Chips


Instructions:

Take all 4 candy canes and place them in a zip lock baggie. Put parchment paper on the counter and place the baggie on it. Take a rolling pin crush the candy canes into bits. Place the bits in a flat cookie sheet and sprinkled evenly. Next take the white chocolate and place it in a pan on the stove with low heat. Continuously stir the chips till they are all melted (chocolate burns very easily so don't walk away). Carefully pour the melted chocolate into the pan with the peppermint bits. Spread the chocolate evenly and slightly knock the pan on the counter to finish any parts that are uneven. Place in the fridge overnight.

The next morning to parchment paper that is littler larger in size than the pan and place on the counter. Remove the cold chocolate from the pan to the parchment paper. Take a spoon hit the bark into pieces. Serve and Enjoy!
