Ice Ice Baby
Ice coffee is always a good idea and regardless of the temperature outside refreshing. Now that spring is upon us and summer is almost here, ice coffee is more important than ever. We know some of you out there drink ice coffee no matter the weather! Something about having an ice coffee is just refreshing and with temperatures going up others are now looking to join the ice coffee wagon for the season. We wanted to share our ice coffee brew favorite at the coven.
Our go to ice coffee is the Ice Leggaro from Nespresso. They carry two kinds of ice coffee when the temperatures climb in the summer, Ice Leggaro and Ice Forte. Our main reason for choosing the Leggaro over the Forte is the way it mixes easily with anything. It has a light refreshing flavor which is perfect for an afternoon pick me up. The brew is considered delicately fruity with cereal notes which is perfect sans creamer. We prefer ours with creamer but this blend hits the spot at any time of the day. We brewed ours in the Nespresso machine adding ice then any other milk or creamer. The smell while it brews as the cereal notes fill the air and the taste brings the flavor to life. We don't taste much of the fruity notes but we recommend this brew to anyone during the warmer months looking for a light pick me up at any time of the day.
