Expedition Roasters: "We named the dog Indiana"
When it comes to coffee we can never get enough and in search for something on the adventurous side we found this exciting blend. We also loved the packaging with Indiana Jones feel(he is a favorite of ours). This medium roast blend is amazing to smell and taste is even better. No cream or sugar needed for us as this bourbon streusel flavor picks us up no matter the time a day. The flavor is just right with this roast and doesn't overpower but if you're going to add flavored creamer we do recommend tasting before adding. The website for this roast also states it is Gluten free and allergy free for those with a special diet which is always a plus. The beans for the roast are Arabica Beans that are grown in South America at a high altitude which produces the excellent blend for the flavor. Now brewing this you can measure 2 or 3 tablespoons for every 8 oz of water. We used 2 but if you like your coffee stronger go for it! This quickly has become one of our favorite cups of joe and with other flavors to try we can't wait to drink other coffee blends from Expedition Roasters. For now we are grabbing our Stetson's and planning our next adventure.
