Bones Coffee Company
Known as the preferred drink from Jeff Bridges character The Dude in the The Big Lebowski. White Russian from Bones aptly has "The Dude" as its graphic choice. Naturally this caused us to include this roast in our sample pack. In the words of "The Dude" this roast abides.
Sans sugar or creamer the vanilla notes hit just right and with medium Arabic bean that embody the favorite of "The Dude" cocktail. The infusion of coffee liquor with vanilla is well balanced in the roast and not overpowering at all. If you're a creamer fan it's smooth blend goes perfect with anything vanilla or chocolatey like. We were quite happy with how well it blended given the coffee liquor notes as sometimes this can be an issue. The Bones Coffee again sells this in a bean, ground and Keurig options which diversifies the brewing options for their customers wonderfully. We used a french press to brew this review's brew. Its perfect sipping while lounging around the house in a dude inspired robe.
