To say it's long over due that we put a capsule coffee review on our blog is an understatement. It's the hot trend of coffee these days and it seems like most have jumped on the bandwagon. Being stuck at home without the daily commute of running into a coffee shop this past year is long gone. At home coffee is now more than ever popular and in demand. We're huge fans of Nespresso just in case you missed our blog post prior about "The Machine" and it's high time we share our top choices of our favorites from the brand.
We're starting with the Bianco Leggero. Why you might ask? Well it goes with anything and everything and is a light roast that's hard to hate. The base flavor is a caramel sweet biscuit with a dash of spice that blends exceptionally well with milk or creamer. The base of this capsule is for pairing with milk for sweet and smooth recipes. Making this a great coffee for hot or cold brew. The options are endless and give the coffee lover an array of options some other capsules don't. If you're in the mood for a cold brew latte? This is your capsule. A hot cup of joe with a dash of creamer? This again this is your brew.

We personally love creating a cold brew out of this. Placing a few ice cubes in a large glass, brewing a capsule, then added milk or creamer of your choice.
