Army of Dark Chocolate

Bones Coffee Company

Rippin Chainsaws with a Dark Roast

This one is for all of you chocolate lovers out there. Seriously though this brew is a chocolate lovers dream so if you are eyeing this brew and are a chocolate lover this one should be on your radar. We loved the Evil Dead references in the summary and on packaging so we wanted to give it a go. So did we go "Yeah, baby" as we drank it well let's find out.

First off this is a dark roast that is made with Brazilian Arabica beans so the flavor is intense and according to Bone's Coffee Company website "has a splash of decadent dark chocolate" flavor to follow up.

We opened the brew to find the smell just as the summary describes. The deep dark coffee roast smells followed up by chocolate notes. We brewed this in our French Press and waiting as we took in the chocolate coffee smell in. Before we give the end result of this brew we have an alarming confession to make here. We aren't huge chocolate people. While we have tried over the years to figure it out it, it's just is not our main flavor. How does this relate to the review of this brew? Since we aren't chocolate lovers it wasn't our favorite of the Bones Coffee Company. The smell and flavors were all there but we aren't able to make it our regular cup of joe due to our chocolate problems. Over all though our rating of this blend are high and recommended for chocolate lovers out there.
